The rules of ClicFoto.it are not much but you have to always follow them, or your account will be suspendedand so you'll cannot use the site.
1) You cannot publish photos that break in any way the law actually in use.
2) You cannot publish pornographic photos even if the law allow it.
3) Artistic nude is allowed but the publication is at discretion of ClicFoto.it staff.
4) The user has to obtain the escape clause signed by all recognizable people that appear in the published photo.
5) ClicFoto.it reserves to get away the photos from the visibility without warning when the photos outlaw or injurious of other people's rights.
6) Publishing a photo, the user declare that he is the owner of the photo and no other has any right on the photo.
7) Sending a photo, the user consents ClicFoto.it to publish and sell the photo and takes the full charge, relieving ClicFoto.it by any civil or penalty responsibility.
